Emmanouilidis, EPC Senior Policy Analyst Amanda Paul and EPC Chief Executive Fabian Zuleeg discussed the outcome of the extraordinary EU Summit that took place on 1/2 October. Special empahsis was given to the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean and the relationship between the EU and Turkey, sanctions against Belarus, as well as the state of affairs regarding relations between the EU and the UK.
