Will EU leaders agree on concrete measures on industrial policy, the Single Market and Europe's long-term competitiveness and productivity, including the Commission's proposals on economic security and the EU budget review? Following the Council's recent agreement on key elements of the New Pact on Migration and Asylum, will negotiations with the European Parliament and Commission deliver a final deal by Spring 2024?
