At this Weekly Update, EPC Director of Studies Janis A. Emmanouilidis and EPC Chief Executive Fabian Zuleeg analysed the latest developments at EU and member state level, including on COVID-19 and Europe's response to the ongoing crisis. In this context, discussed the potential economic, legal and political implications of this week's judgment of the German Constitutional court on the European Central Bank's Public Sector Purchase Programme.
