At this EPC Friday Update, EPC Director of Studies Janis A. Emmanouilidis and EPC Chief Executive Fabian Zuleeg shared their analysis of the latest developments at EU and member state level, including on COVID-19 and Europe's response to the ongoing crisis. They were joined by EPC Policy Analyst Marta Pilati.
The main focus of this Friday Update was on the European Commission's proposal for the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) and the new recovery instrument ('Next Generation EU') presented on 27 May 2020.
