On June 23, the UK votes on whether or not to stay in the EU. So how is the referendum being seen in Brussels and across Europe? And is it really fair that Britain gets to decide something which doesn't just affect UK citizens but the rest of Europe too? Emma Wallis talks to Janis Emmanouilidis, Director of Studies at the European Policy Centre in Brussels.
