A tentative EU-Turkey deal to help solve the continent's migrant crisis has been roundly criticised by Human Rights Groups and even some within the EU parliament. EU leaders met with the Turkish government on Monday for marathon talks to thrash out the plan. Janis Emmanouilidis is a director at the European Policy Centre in Brussels. Emma Wallis asked him to explain the proposed deal.
