Mais lUE na pas encore atteint son point de rupture, assure M. Emmanouilidis, pour qui les décennies dintégration européenne ont produit un «ADN commun».
«Cela pourrait marquer la fin de certains éléments de lUE, mais je ne crois pas que lUE elle-même va disparaître», nuance-t-il.
