Besides Janis Emmanouilidis, discussants included MEPs Karin Kadenbach (SPÖ, Austria) and Róza von Thun-Hohenstein (EVP, Poland) as well as Rik Winkel (Financieele Dagblad, Niederlande). The debate was moderated by Peter Fritz.
