El pacto fiscal para la Eurozona recibió un inesperado golpe luego de que la agencia Standard & Poor's rebajara el viernes la nota de solvencia de nueve países de la Unión Monetaria, al considerar "insuficiente" el plan para salir de la crisis de la deuda. […]
Pero además al degradar la triple A de Francia y Austria, la decisión de S&P amenaza con arrastrar la máxima nota de este fondo, sostenida por las garantías que ofrecían los países mejor calificados.
