La Unión Europea (UE) se encuentra inmersa en una crisis del euro que puede acabar en su desintegración, en caso de fracaso en la cumbre de este miércoles en Bruselas, o en la oportunidad de otorgar más federalismo a un proyecto actualmente muy desgastado.
