Doch der Teufel steckt im Detail: Bisher steht weder fest, ob die Griechen Hilfe überhaupt in Anspruch nehmen, noch, was sie als Gegenleistung tun müssen. Ist Griechenland jetzt gerettet?
Allein für 2011 beträgt Athens Kreditbedarf bisher voraussichtlich 28 Mrd. Euro. "Das Hilfspaket hat Zeit gewonnen...aber wir fürchten, dass das Problem nur aufgeschoben, nicht gelöst wurde", urteilten Analysten von BNP Paribas. Auch Janis Emmanouilidis vom European Policy Centre in Brüssel bleibt skeptisch. "In die reale Ökonomie fließt auf absehbare Zeit nichts", so Emmanouilidis. "Die Banken stehen unter extremem Druck, weil immer mehr Anleger ihr Geld abziehen."
