Die polnische Regierung hat den beim EU-Gipfel mühsam erzielten Kompromiss zum Grundlagenvertrag in Teilen in Frage gestellt. Der polnische Ministerpräsident Jaroslaw Kaczynski forderte, dass erneut über die Möglichkeiten einer Sperrminorität im Ministerrat beraten werden müsse.
Während die EU Mitgliedsländern eine Blockademöglichkeit in einem Zeitraum von mehreren Monaten einräumt, um in dieser Zeit nach einem Kompromiss zu suchen, möchte Polen eine unbegrenzte Frist für Blockaden. Was bedeutet Kaczynskis Forderung?
