The comment was delivered at a conference entitled Our Europe, my money: the limits of solidarity organized by the Stiftung Wissenschaft and Politik (SWP) and the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) in the European Parliament in Brussels on 8 June 2010.
