Presentation of and debate about the joint study of the EPC, Egmont and CEPS on the implementation of the Treaty of Lisbon. The study was presented by Piotr Maciej Kaczynski (CEPS) and Janis Emmanouilidis (EPC) in the framework of a public event organized by the Institute of Public Affairs and the information office of the European Parliament in Warsaw on November 15, 2010.

Two Polish Members of the European Parliament, Rafal Trzaskowski and Konrad Szymanskí, commented on the main findings of the study. The event was introduced by Jacek Safuta, head of the EP information office, and chaired by Jacek Kucharczyk, President of the Institute of Public Affairs.
